| | What is the quality of your crystal? | All of our crystal is 30%+ PbO. The right amount of PbO (lead oxide) in the crystal gives it the diamond like brilliance.

| Can I purchase at wholesale prices? | Yes. To be eligible to purchase at wholesale prices you must contact us to initiate the process of becoming a buyer. Minimum purchase order is 300 pieces for wholesale.
| | What is the minimum order for non-wholesale buyers? | There is no minimum order. Have fun mixing it up!
| | Where do you ship to? | We only ship to USA (including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska), Canada and Mexico.
| | How do you ship? | We ship via UPS. We can also arrange to have wholesale orders shipped through a specific logistics company.
| | How do I pay? | For regular customers, we accept PayPal through our site. Wholesale orders are to be taken up with the main office via telephone. We accept Visa, Mstercard, Discover, American Express, money orders and cashier's checks.
